spotted SHADES OF GREY

I saw this picture at style.com a week ago and I just can´t stop thinking about it! Usually I´m the black girl (you´ll see what I mean). This season I have decided to use a little bit more colors and I want to start with grey. Different shades of grey. 

So ladies above, I need that sweater... and the blazer.
