Remember the rumors about Peter Dundas returning to Roberto Cavalli? Well the rumors were true this time; Dundas has been appointed as the brands new creative director after 10 years apart. From 2002 to 2005 he worked as chief designer for Cavalli and things went very well for the brand, but the past years has been kind of challenging with deficiency of investors and two senior executives leaving. Even though I loved Peter's work at Emilio Pucci – the gorgeous prints and 70's rock-and-roll that only he can make – I can't wait to see what he's going to show us this September when he shows his first collection for Cavalli in Milan. Hopefully Dundas has what it takes to turn things around for Roberto Cavalli – what do you think?
