HIGH-TOP SNEAKERS

Since the fine weather soon will turn and you never know when here in Scandyland, I started preparing my
wardrobe some weeks ago; buying and packing up old favorites. Knits, turtlenecks, basics like raw denim jeans
and blazers, and of course the fall coats. But that's the easy part... Clothes aren't the biggest problem. They're actually
not a problem at all! But the footwear on the other hand (and it's the same every single year...) is my biggest problem
 – or should I say dilemma? As some of you know I'm not that into wellies, they make me feel uncomfortable, so
what do you choose when the rain pours down outside and you have to leave the house? Ballerinas? No, too open.
Loafers. Nah, I don't want to ruin them. Slip ons? Too short, but it's getting closer. Mid-heel boots? Yup, but no. Too
elegant. And that is my mind on a rainy day, BUT I have a feeling that won't be a problem this year. Some days ago
I found these high-top sneakers and I already know they'll do on days like this. The white rubber sole is just high enough
to keep the rain away from the leather, as well as it makes the right contrast to the black top and adds a clean touch.
High-top sneakers usually feels big on the feet (and I still dont know a woman who like that feeling), but thes eare actually
very slim to be sneakers, which makes them kind of elegant but still sporty and effortless of course.
